Sometimes I just can’t make it to the gym for my workout or I just don’t want to. When this happens I turn to this at-home workout:
These workouts are fast (as in less than 20 minutes) and very effective. They’re free on YouTube and all you need is a set of weights (for any exercise calling for a ball I modify the workout since our ball is usually out on the trampoline as seen below).
I found Trainer Lindsey’s 15 Day Challenge last summer when we took a break from our gym membership to save money. I did the challenge over and over again, working out 20 minutes or less a day, 6 days a week, and I got better results than anything else I’ve tried.
Give it a try I bet you will love it too! A bonus is that you get a great workout but usually don’t get so sweaty that your hair needs to be washed 😍
