Robinson’s Moo’d: A Chocolate-Peanut Butter Love Story.

I’m currently on Weight Watchers with a goal of losing five more pounds. Since starting WW three months ago ago I’ve lost ten pounds and I lost it all in the first 8 weeks and I’ve been slacking ever since.

It’s hard to stick to my plan when my goal is so close at hand. I want to get back down to my very first pre-pregnancy weight from 11 years ago so I’m buckling down and going to stick to my WW app starting today…

The best way for me to kick off my WW routine is with a smoothie. It’s like a chocolate, peanut butter, banana milk shake and full of protein and spinach and whatever other fruits and veggies I want to add and it’s only 6 points. It helps curb my sweet tooth and keeps me full.

Chocolate protein smoothie:

  • Orgain protein powder (I like chocolate but they also have vanilla!)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs Pb fit peanut butter powder
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

Blend veggies (I use a Vitamix blender which is worth the investment) in almond milk then add banana, protein powder and Pb powder. Add chia seeds and then a cup of ice to get it nice and cold.
